GMP-Mill for Inert Products
This universal GMP mill is designed for pulverizing of small to medium-sized batches in a GMP-regulated production area.
The product feeding can be done:
by drum
via vacuum conveyor for discharging of drums or bags
The easy dismantlable Rotary Valve WD 150 is feeding the grinding stock to the Universal Mill REKORD 224. The material is collected in a MÜLLER drum after grinding. A cyclone separator with filter bags is used for dedusting of the milling air.
The universal mill can be equipped with the grinding elements turborotor, pin-disk or beater-disk. This enables the adjustment of the mill to changing crushing tasks. A variable-speed drive brings additional flexibility. This makes the mill perfect for use in laboratories or technical centers.
A compact and dust-proof drive case with slopes makes the cleaning of the production area easy as possible. The control cabinet with cooling unit for the mill drive can be installed in any distance to the clean room. The on-site controlling is done by touch panel.
