Big Bag Filling Station
The Big Bag Filling Station enables dust-free filling of big bags. An optional vibration frame ensures optimum filling to avoid the formation of bulk cones. The required big bag filling can be defined by the weighing system. The big bag filling spout is connected using either an inflatable clamp or a one-handed bag clamp.
For different packing sizes due to customer requirements, the big bag filling station can be extended with a mobile bag filling unit. This enables dosed filling of bags up to 25 kg via a dosing screw.
Uninterrupted process can be achieved by combining two big bag filling stations with a two-way distributor and automatic switchover to the empty big bag. Changing the big bags is signaled to the operator both visually and acoustically.
