Bag Filling Station
The bag filling station is used for dosed filling of bags. An inflatable clamp or a one-handed bag clamp are available for bag connection. The bag is filled to the required weight using coarse/fine flow method via the dosing screw. A platform scale up to max. 60 kg continuously records the filling weight. If required, the platform scale can also be height-adjustable to accommodate different bag lengths.
A buffer volume of 30 liters at the screw inlet absorbs the interruption in conveying during bag changes and is also monitored by a maximum level detector.
For easy cleaning, the dosing screw has two large cleaning openings with quick-release fasteners. This allows easy access for residue-free cleaning of the screw shaft.
The bag filling station can be easily connected to various process equipment via a BFM connection.
