Great new options for testing
New compoments for more milling trial flexibility
Book now production-scale grinding tests with our big-bag loading station and cyclone. Capacities for test milling 100 to 1500 kg / h are feasible. Parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel and easy and residue-free cleaning has been implemented. For cryogenic grinding and milling temperature-sensitive materials, a continuous temperature monitoring system has been integrated. Higher crushing ratios and easier product handling of the fines is achieved by connecting two REKORD 224 GMP mills in series. In dependence on the feed’s characteristics, particle sizes of x90 = 5.0 microns could be reached.
