Market leader orders Hemp Grinding Plant for Down Under
A reliable partner’s honest referral may bridge even 15.000 kilometers. A customer of ours, a German manufacturer of high-quality vegetable oil, gave ignition to our first Australian order. A branded manufacturer of hemp-based food and consumer products ordered an impact milling plant for grinding hempseed pellets for use as valuable food ingredient. Given the rich experience of our long-standing customer with our grinding plants, he referred JEHMLICH to his Australian partner as German benchmark quality supplier of fine grinding equipment. Signed, sealed, delivered: Since January 2015, the first JEHMLICH-plant in Down Under is in operation. Our plants are running now on all continents. To many of them our engineers stay connected by tele service, helping our customers to generate the highest return from our equipment.
The precise assignment in this case was the grinding of a specific volume of hemp pellets from an oil press to a defined grain size. Based on a number of similar grinding tasks, we were able to exactly define layout and grinding parameters. In the course of the layout work and project planning, the mill was integrated into the existing processing line and all interfaces were adapted accordingly in close co-operation and interaction with the customer. After all, a story of success for everyone involved.
