Grinding Plants Made of Mild Steel - Sample Installations
Grinding Plant for Polyethylene
This fully automated grinding plant is used for pulverizing of polyethylene granules. A vacuum conveyor is feeding the grinding stock to the fluted-disk mill REKORD B-SM. The screening machine in the circulation system separates the coarse material to the mill for a re-grinding. The ground stock is collected in containers.
Technical Data
Input material: polyethylene granules
Capacity: up to 50 kg/h
Final grain size: 99 % < 500 µm (35 Mesh)
Explosion protection: pressure shock resistant up to 2 bar, relieved
Cooling system for pneumatic conveying air
Pneumatic conveying of the grinding stock
Automatic and temperature-regulated dosing system
Feeding from and into containers supplied by customer
Milling and Dosing System with Weighing
This milling and dosing system is suited for the production of different base compounds. A feed tank with weighing system is dosing one component in accordance to the recipe to the mill. Other components are filled manually into a dosing hopper. The operator finds each set point of the recipe on the touch panel. The weighing system is documenting and monitoring the actual values.
A pneumatic conveying system transports the mixture components to a blender.
Technical Data
Feed tank with agitator, discharge screw conveyor and weighing system
Pin mill REKORD 224-SSt
Explosion protection: pressure shock resistant up to 10 bar, relieved
Pneumatic conveying system
System control with recipe management
Semi-automatic dosing system with nominal-actual value comparison
Grinding Plant for Tungsten Carbide
Universal Grinding Plant REKORD B
This universal grinding and screening plant is specifically designed for grinding different materials in construction material industry. The impact crusher REKORD B can be equipped with 5 different grinding elements. The mill speed can be adjusted by a frequency inverter.
The process flow is flexible by using a screening machine:
Pass through grinding: Direct product discharge and bag filling after grinding.
Classification: Separation of the material in up to 6 different grain size fractions. These will be filled directly into bags.
Circuit grinding: The coarse grain size range is supplied to the mill after grinding again.
Technical Data
Input material: different building materials
Grinding elements: pin-disk rotor, beater-disk rotor, fluted disk rotor, turborotor, cross-beater rotor
Grinding elements detection for automatic speed limitation
Screening machine for grain size determination
Refeeding of the coarse grain size to the mill
Touch panel for controlling and monitoring with process data archiving for a following analysis
