Compact Milling System REKORD 212
The REKORD 212 compact milling system with exchangeable grinding elements and sieve inserts is offering maximum flexibility for fine grinding of product batches with a capacity of 20 to 250 kg/h. The freely adjustable milling speed allows particle sizes of 20 to 500 microns with dry and brittle products.
Materials in contact with product and sealing are food-grade. The system in stainless steel is suitable for wet cleaning.
The compact, low-maintenance system is operated for pilot production, small industrial scale production and sample preparation in laboratories and testing facilities.
A feed device doses the grinding material into the mill. Depending on the task, the grinding material is fed in:
manually
with screw feeder
with rotary valve
with vibration chute
